No. E-to E-GST office and Visitor room at OLF Dehradun ,2.0 ,Demolition/ Dismantling of loos part of Plain Cement Concrete (unreinforced) from roof slab or any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for. ,Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc. , M&L ,Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc and Rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster in ratio 14 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface. ,Cutting holes into or through reinforcement cement concrete slabs, chajjas, etc. reinforced or otherwise. ,Steel Tubes 100 mm bore, 'light grade' galvanised,with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors. S&F ,S&F PVC (SWR) pipes 110 mm bore size, single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls. ,S&F 110 mm PVC (SWR) bends any radius, with access door. ,Providing, Plain cement concrete B0, 124 (12.5 mm graded aggregate) in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges ,Removing building materials etc. to a distance of 500 m or under, beyond the lead included in the rates, including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination. ,M&L Cement concrete of Avg. 25 mm thickness type B-0, 124(12.5mm graded aggregate) and surface even and smooth without using Extra cement on roof slab with maintaining of required slope as directed. ,M&L chemical water proofing treatment on roof slab and applying three coats of dr. Fixit Roofseal Classic /Ready- to- use liquid apply water proofing weberdry AQCR seal SAINT –GOBAIN /Asian (Damp proof)/ Sika including providing 45gsm glass fiber mesh 2.5mmX2.5mm between the first and second coat described as under - Prepare the roof surface thoroughly by cleaning , washing and removing dust , dirt , oil , grease and loose particles. Damaged/hollow portion/sharp edges must be cut and repaired with polymer modified mortar using chemical URP10% by weight of cement. A minimum roof slope must be maintained in 1 100 & the surface must not be visibly wet during the application of chemical.
Application procedure (by brush or roller -
• Junction of roof with parapet wall (corner rounding), rainwater outlets, marble strips joint , repaired and enlarging crack surface should be coated with extra coat of Roof seal classic by providing a 45gsm glass fiber mesh cut to size covering area when the first coat still wet for addition protection.
• Stir well prior to application. Apply a self – priming coat/ 1st coat of chemical with 50% dilution (water). Coverage at the rate 9 to 10 sq.mt/liter/coat.
• Apply 2 coats of chemical with a forced coverage of 2 to 2.2 sqm/liter/coat
• For vertical surfaces & parapet wall. Apply a coat of chemical with forced coverage of 3.3 to 3.7 sq.mt/liter/coat.
• Allow drying time 3 to 4 hrs after each coat.
• The execution to be done with authorized applicator of the manufacturer and company back guarantee of 05 years to be given by the contractor. ,Removing of old/existing tarfelt/treatment from roof surfaces & removing it to ground and cleaning the roof surface with wire brush to receive bitumen primer preparatory to receive water proofing membrane/other treatment. ,Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer 3 mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with non-woven polyester matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm by the same membrane manufacture of density at 25°C, 0.87-0.89 kg/ litre and viscocity 70-160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using Butane Torch and sealing all joints etc, and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23°C as 650/ 450N/5cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 300/250N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150°C. Cold flexibility shall be upto -2°C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D -5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacturer of membrane 3 mm thick, M&L |
