Rinse the surface with clean water andand pointing the joints in cement mortar 13 complete all as specified. (b) The bricks so pointed shall be cleaned of all dust or deposit using brush and applying two coats of smartcare damp proof coating 2K of make Asian paints or equivalentin berger Paints/Nerolac paints. (c) Thereafter M&L for plastering 15mm thick over the treated surface shall be done with 14 cement sand mortar using WPC. Note The complete item shall be got executed through the authorised applicator of manufacturer only all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Applicator shall be got approved by GE before execution of work. ,Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonary built in cement mortor including all quoins,arches,pillars etc complete all as specified. ,M&L Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius bulit in CM 16 all as specified. ,Demolition of cement concrete un -reinforced in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness complete all as specified. ,Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing ), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises ,M&L for 25 mm thick cement concrete type B-2 124 (12.5mm graded aggregate) as in floor or similar works complete all as specified and directed. ,M&L Vitrified ceramic tiles light shade 9-10 mm thick (Square/rectanglar) area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm in floors etc; set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 14 complete all as specified and directed. ,M&L Vitrified ceramic tiles light shade 9-10mm thick as in skirting/dado etc; set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 14 complete all as specified and directed. ,Machine cut kota stone slab as in flooring 18-20 mm thick, set and jointed in cement slurry over & including screed of 15 mm thick in cement mortar (14) and pointed in cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing, cutting and mirror type granite polishing complete all as specified.
Note 1. All the edges of slabs shall be grinded/cutted at the right angle before laying, so that paper thin, smooth jointing to be obtained.
2. The colour of the slabs shall be uniform. ,M&L for machine cut kota stone slab as in skirting of 18-20 mm thick, set and jointed in cement slurry over & including f 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (14) and pointed in cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing, cutting and mirror type polishing complete all as specified ,M&L for non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/ rectanglar) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors etc; set |
