REPAIR TO FLOOR, JOINERY, RENDERING, PLASTERING AND SANITARY FITTING WORKS IN TECH AREA AT AF STN AT NAL ,2.0 ,Taking down cement plaster any description on brick/concrete surfaces etc including raking out joints hacking for key, scrubing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed. ,M&L rendering 15mm in cement mortar 14 on fair faces of brick / concrete surfaces and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. ,Material and labour rendering 15 mm in cement mortar 16 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. ,M&L preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper (white or tinted) over and including a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed. ,M&L preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls including all cornices, pilasters etc and applying two coats of acrylic exterior emulsion paint in camouflage pattern of approved tint / shade(s) over and including a coat of water based primer complete all as specified and directed. ,Demolition of brick or stone masonary built in cement mortar incl all quoins, arches, pillar etc. complete all as specified & directed. ,M&L for brick work with burnt clay old size sub class "B" brick straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius and built in cement mortar(1 6), complete all as specified & directed. ,Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling incl cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removal complete all as specified and directed. ,M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7-8 mm thick, (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc. 0.11 but n.exc. 0.18 sqm, as in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM(16) ,complete all as specified & directed. ,M & L for joint free glazed coloured ceramic coloured tiles of 350mm x 250mm x 7mm /450X 350X 7mm thick on vertical surface of walls set and jointed with neat cement slurry and pointed in white/coloured cement to match the shade of tiles, over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM(14), all as specified and directed by engr-in charge. ,M & L as in repair machine cut Granite slab 20 mm thick fixed as in repairs for steps, pillars, window cills, cooking plateforms and like and incl 10mm thick (avg thickness) cement mortar 14 screeding and setting coat in cement morter 12, 3mm thick, set and jointed with white/coloured cement to match the shade of slab incl cutting, waste, rubbing and polshing etc complete all as spd.Note- (i) The rate of granite stone shall be deemed to incl for full rounded off corner/edges incl all cutting to make it square or rectangular. (ii) The rate shall also be deemed to incl for cutting and polishing machine and granite polishing to achive the desired granite finish all as spfd. ,Taking down chowkhats with shutter without taking off shutters from the frames (area n. exc. 1.50 sqm each) incl making good the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified & directed. ,S&F window/ventilator section of frame 72x55mm fixed to wall or concrete surface with MS hold fast (30x5mm section) 150mm long made of galvanised steel powder coated and section of shutter 47x20mm mullion section 72x50mm (Bse steel as per IS 513*D* quality galvanised as per IS 277 with zinc of 120gms/sqm) glazed or gauged and wire gauge shutter prepare to recieve wire mesh to the shutter (double door shutter) with total coated thickness of 0.6mm including powder coated grill/guard bars made of square bars 10mm dia at 150mm c/c horizontal spacimg fixed in MS flat frame (30x5mm) fixed to windows frame with screws, incl 4 to 5mm thick steel glass, 0.36mm stainless steel wire cloth with 1.40mm aparture necessary fittings and all builders hardware such as handles , tower bolts & stays etc. as per drg No. CEAF/STD-191/2014 sheet 01/2 & 2/2, complete all as directed. ,Supplying & fixing in opening solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out 5mm plain colour PVC sheets re-inforced with MS tube Square tube, suppling & fixing in opening complete all as specified & directed ,M&L factory made solid panel pvc door shutter 30mm thick consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top and bottom rails MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail lock rail & bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for top rail & bottam rail . paneling of plain colour PVC sheets to be filted in MS frame welded, sealed to the stiles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and jointed together with the solvent cement complete all as spd. ,Supply and fixing Mild steel butt hinges medium weight , clod rolled, 75mm, I
